We are yoga practitioners focused not only on the physical wellness of a yoga practice but the overall personal wellness benefits from practicing yoga. Our classes and events are designed to encourage physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and social wellness. Our focus is to guide and encourage our students to balance these five areas of personal wellness to lead and maintain a well rounded yoga practice.
The lotus flower is a symbol of strength, resilience and rebirth.
Because the lotus flower rises from mud without stains, they are often viewed as a symbol of purity. Since they return to the murky water each evening and open their blooms at the break of day, the lotus flowers are symbols or strength, resilience and rebirth.
Our classes encourage inner strength and resilience, guiding students through their practice by connecting breath to movement to flow from one sequence into the next to release, realign, and experience a rebirth by the conclusion of class.
Class Offerings

Hot Yoga
Combine standing postures, sun valuations and floor postures for an energizing, cardiovascular, full body workout. We focus on connecting mind and body through the breath. Temperature and humidity of the room is hight than Vinyasa and Sculpt classes.

Vinyasa
Move through the fundamental principles and postures of vinyasa yoga. In this class, your flow is focused on breath to movement. Postures are practiced to align and promote flexibility in the body. Postures are beginner friendly and will assist you in starting your yoga journey and mediative practice. Personalization and modifications are offered for all levels to practice.

Sculpt
Turn stress into sweat as you move through postures accompanied with mediative breaths. In this class, postures are practices to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques are integrate into the practice to encourage mediation. Grow your yoga practice with an emphasis on simplicity, repetition and ease of movement. Personalization and modifications are offered for all levels to practice.
